General Terms of Service
 

Arrival Departure
 

On the day of arrival your room is usually available from 16.00 clock. If you arrive later than 8 pm we ask you to call our receptionist to confirm your booking. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room for cleaning by 10.30 am. Each started additional hour will be charged with 10,00 Euro, from 14,00 o'clock with 80% of the room price.

Behavior in the Room
 

All our rooms are non-smoking. Should we find out after your departure that you have smoked in the room, we reserve the right to charge an extra charge of 150 € for the cleaning.
Cooking in the rooms is prohibited and will be charged with 150,00 Euro.

Booking
 

Your room reservation is binding with our confirmation or a telephone confirmation and is obligated to fulfill the contract.
For online bookings, special conditions apply.

Your Celebration in our House
 

If meals are ordered for a group and the number of participants changes, this must be announced at least two days in advance, otherwise the ordered number of place settings will be charged.

Vouchers

Please enter your voucher number when booking. We ask that you present your vouchers on arrival in the original, so that we can charge accordingly with your stay. Your voucher in Euro does not expire!

Dogs

Are only allowed by appointment in some rooms. The cost per day and animal (without food) is € 5.00. Please bring a dog basket or blanket.
The bed is intended exclusively for our human guests, however, should we find that your dog is sleeping in bed, we charge a special charge of 50,00 Euro.
Please do not leave your pet unobserved in the room. For damage you come up.

Cancellation Policy

For non-refundable rates, we calculate as follows:
Up to 30 days before arrival: cancellation free of charge,
29-15 days before arrival: 40% of the price,
14-8 days before arrival: 60% of the price,
0-8 days before arrival or early departure 80% of the price.

Rates that can be canceled free of charge must be marked separately.

Restaurant

8.00 am to 10.00 am breakfast in the restaurant
12 noon to 2 pm and 6 pm to 9 pm hot food.
Special events can lead to deviations.
Closed on Tuesdays

Payment

You are welcome to pay your bill in cash, by debit card, Master Card, or VISA.
